Lock Up Garage Investment Sale Exeter

Hudson & Co have sold an investment in Exeter comprising a block of Lock-up garages and a small workshop, located off Ladysmith Road in the Heavitree area of Exeter.  The property comprised two terraces of 11 garages, all of which were let, and a small workshop which was also occupied.  The purchasers are an established  local investor who have a considerable portfolio of lock up garages, and the property represented a nice lot size, and sold at the asking price.  This is the second Lock-up garage investment that Hudson & Co have sold in Heavitree.
